I’m an RN at a residential psych facility and it’s really hard. I have daily exposure to Covid+ patients, and no N95s/inadequate masks. There are still poor protocols around new admissions and quarantine periods
Right now I’m being forced to be a hero/sacrificial lamb with inadequate protection, no hazard pay, no agreement to pay for my testing. . . And now the newest data showing that younger people infected with Covid are having massive strokes when not even seeming very ill.
